Being led by God

This whole process has been a complete step of faith. First we were led to adopt, then the Lord put Ethiopia on our heart....he was not done yet! Why not adopt 2!! Two! How would we afford one! All we knew is we had to go the way we were being led. After much prayer we knew we were meant to go get our children in Ethiopia. If this is the way that the Lord wanted us to go then we knew he would provide the means. Our adoption will be quite costly, around $27,000 after all is said and done. The thought of our two children is priceless. To bring 2 possible siblings into our home and our family. Children who will be loved and learn to love the Lord the way we do.

This process has led us to step out 100% in faith. It has also led us to explore all the different avenues to which God can help us on our journey. One idea that was put on my heart was this 100 for 100 campaign. Our desire to spread the word about the Spirit of Adoption and to give other christians the opportunity to sow into bringing home our children. As a christian we are taught the principle of reaping and sowing and how God can lead us to such blessings this way.

We are not trying to force people into giving we won't them to pray about it and let the Lord lead them which ever way they should go. Whether it is to sow into our Campaign or help us with prayer. Both are of equal importance. We are embarking on a long but rewarding journey but can't wait to see how the Lord blesses us and our children.
